After trading down one spot from 21 to 22 in a deal with the Houston Texans that saw General Manager Scot McCloughan pick up a 2017 sixth round pick, the Washington Redskins selected the player that many scouts and analysts had as the best Wide Receiver in this draft class; TCU’s Josh Doctson.
