Podcast: Training Camp Day 6
It was a light session for the Washington Redskins on day six of Training Camp, as the focus was on the Special Teams unit. For those players without any Special Teams responsibilities, their practice consisted of some basic conditioning and weights drills.
That doesn’t mean that there wasn’t much to talk about today, however, and your hosts Chad and Mark give you the full recap of the day’s training.
Today we were also fortunate enough to sit down with Linebackers Will Compton and Mason Foster, better known to some as the ‘bash brothers’. Anyone who is familiar with these two off of the field will know that they’re always a blast to talk to, and sitting down with both of them at once effectively doubles that impact. We ask them what it’s like to enter a Training Camp and preseason as the presumptive starters, what they’re seeing from the improved secondary behind them since the arrival of Josh Norman, and after all of that, we run them through the Redskins Capital Connection lightning round.
