Reaction: Redskins select Montae Nicholson
After drafting their first offensive player with their first fourth round pick, the Redskins went back to defense by selecting safety Montae Nicholson out of Michigan State with their second pick of the day.
Nicholson is a hard hitting saftey but Mike Mayock pointed out that he’ll miss some tackles. Here’s some reactions to the selection.
Nicholson obviously brings good size and speed, but also is expected to carve out a key role on special teams this year.
